The Great Paris Turtle Float

Here is how it works! Members of the community can adopt a turtle for $10.00 each or a herd of 11 turtles for $100.00. Adopted turtles are released into the canal filled with water and the top 3 turtles to cross the finish line will be awarded. Win or not, you know that you have supported the positive place for youth. The green flag will fly at 10:00am on Saturday at the Love Civic Center, so come on out and give your turtle a good pre-race pep talk and cheer them on as they head down the waterway.

Official Rules of the Event:

Adopted turtles will be assigned a number as paid adoption papers are received.

Winners are responsible for all taxes on prize monies.

All turtles are the property of the Boys & Girls Club

In the event of a tie for any of the three prize paying places, a coin toss will decide who moves up and down in places.

Entry forms must be completely filled out.
Top 3 Winners
1st Place - $3,000 prize
2nd Place - $2,000 prize
3rd Place - $1,000 prize

10 turtles will be selected at random after the event for a prize of

Slowest Turtle Still Wins
The turtle last to cross the finish line will receive a prize of
